Battery light dosent work during charging or fully charged. Light comes up at times. battery level is either not indicated properly

In most models the battery light is displayed when it is charging with a possible blinking when it nears charging and it cuts off when the charge is full.
So if your laptop shows that the battery is charging in the task bar- bottom right, then you can ignore the issue unless your laptop is in warranty and it can be done free of cost.
If you open power options in the control panel the charging will be displayed , if this show Ok then the fault is the hardware circuit issue on the mother board power section.

My psp just charge a while then dosent charge, need to take the plug out then put it in then a while do what i said again again

The problem must be of your charger not of the console as it shows charging for a while...try replacing the charger..you can verify a charger problem for free in any sony shops..or by a 5v dc input...
