Hi, I'm looking for an instruction manual for the above phone. I can receive calls but when I pick up I can't get a dialling tone? Could anyone tell me why this is happening?

You dont activate caller id,when you get a call it shows the caller info,if it doesnt,check with your phone company to make sure you have caller id service.

I needed a manual also, and TF0903 is on the back of the phone. But then I found FM2575 on a sticker on the front of the phone, which does have a manual at http://www.swbfreedomphone.com/ib/ibcid/fm2575.pdf, which seems to match my phone exactly.
