I know this is going to sound stupid but if you hit or should I say tap ot it will it transmit. If so then you have a bad soilder some where on the board if not its probably your voltage regulator gone bad.
FROM WHAT I CAN SEE IF THERE IS A FUSE IT WILL BE INTERNAL, I'M SUPRISED TO SEE THERE IS NOT A RESET OR OVER LOAD PROTECTION ON THIS UNIT CALL COBRA AND THEY CAN ANSWER THE QUESTION
