Start your computer 1. Keep pressing "F8" as the laptop computer starts. This will start the computer in Safe Mode. 2. When the window "Advanced Boot Options" opens, choose "Safe Mode" with arrow key and confim by pressing the Enter key, then PC enters the Safe Mode. 3. Once you are in the Safe mode Click "Administrator" on the Windows login screen. Take note that you have set the Administrator password before, you need to input the changed password instead of leaving "Password" field blank. 4. Then click Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Select the account that is locked and change the password. 5. Restart laptop and login into the account you just created using your new password. The person you bought it from has the password-surely it is worth contacting them. If you know a techie he can start it by bypassing windows and reset the password for you.
start the computer in safe mode and then when in safe mode login as administrator and you can then reset the User name and password. I do it all the time here in the shop. it is a pretty well unknown back door into windows.
try put F8 into safty model, then login in as administrator account, see if you can login, and change the new password.
plan b, if you were window XP, they are some software can be hack the user account.
u can login but at login screen press ctrl+alt+del twice then screen
will appear in black colour with username and password then type
username as administrator and press enter it will login then after
logging in go to control panel,user accounts double click on user and
change the password of user or delete that particular user account and
create a new one and restart the machine .
Vista login password or bios password before windows has started?

there shouldnt be password there unless you have set one.
ones you are loged in you can change the user password by
holding down the windows key and pressing r
then typeing
net user username *
example
net user ekse *
it will ask you to enter a new password for the user.
