The Acer site (Acer.com) is pure garbage. They don't even have the Acer (Aspire) 9410Z listed. Further, the contact information for service does nothing??? You can't even reach them or get the info. I just had this lemon in the shop today for a $110.00 repair and have lost most of my programs.
What a lemon, I regret the purchase! The company should test their site form time to tme and see they are missing some of their products as well as their site doesn't work. Pure junk outfit. Never again!
Your computer is bluetooth ready, i had the same problem. It doenst ship with bluetooth. You have to add the chip later(afterwards/aftermarket)
And did you contact Acer? the gadgets can be updated at Acer.com, there are new versions of almost everything there. I think the Window wants you to register it again. I'm kinda PO'd because the Z issupposed to have Bluetooth but I can't get it to see a bluetooth device anywhere.

i restored it & now it works great...as far as i know mine has bluetooth(whatever that is) don't know how to use it so doesn't matter if it has it or not...starting to love the "vista" though
