it's either you wanna bypass windows password (that is the screen that comes up everytime you turn on your computer and its asking for a password), or you wanna remove the screen saver password. im posting the solutions for both:

a. to bypass windows password:

1. click on start then go to control panel
2. click on user accounts
3. click on remove password

1. minimize all applications/programs that are currently running on your computer until you can only see your desktop
   
2. right click on any open area on your desktop
3. click on properties
4. go to the screen saver tab
5. uncheck the box that says, "on resume, display welcome screen"
6. hit apply then ok.
