I got a mailmessage : "Hi, leaded50 You have successfully solved your first problem on Fixya!" Well, i havent! I got one reply on a question stated the status on the item question was about...but no solution!

I really don't think it was an error at all.
After examining leaded50's profile, trying to find the problem mentioned i came to the following conclusion.
Since there is no reply function at the FixYa system, only Add a Comment and Add your solution, someone mistakenly replied to leaded50 by using the Add your solution box instead of Add a Comment. The system itself cannot identify if the given solution was right or wrong, instead it only recognized that a solution was given, hence the email.
