Hi i am using sanyo electric rice cooker but i dont have a plug for it so plz tell me where can i get it

Do you mean that you can't put the plug in the wall socket because its pins are of different shape?
If that is the case you have to purchase a multi-adaptor socket in-between. There are multi-socket adaptors available in market so that products purchased/imported from other countries can work in home country. Many countries have different pin shapes of the plug - flat, round, 2pin, 3pin etc.
In worse case if multi-adaptor socket is not available in your area then you can ask local electrical person to cut the plug of the sanyo and fix local plug in its place.
