my machine is a bread factory plus by sanyo and I also need a manual/recipe book. Mine was a gift but w/o book and I'Ve tried many recipes but can't get the proportions to work quite right.

I have only 1 receipe for this machine as I have lost min too!!!!

2 t of yeast
3c flour
large T milk powder
5 T bran flakes
2 t sugar
1 t salt
1 T margirine
350ml water

I cook this on course # 1. It takes 2hr 50mins to make. It makes a big loaf.

If you have any more receipes I would love to know.
