Toshiba Theaterwide HD 50 inch convergence problem

Google Toshiba Theaterwide HD TV and check cables listed.

Remove and inspect the lamp this model should have.

Set is in protective shutdown and based on model number should have a lamp that should be first looked at.

call toshiba customer care. Seems like software issue. I had the same. I was told to put 2 special files on a usb drive, connect it to tv, to reflash to tv software. it came back to life after that.. just try..

Ur tv have a problems known as a convergence pictures problems,it is dead.Ur tv have any colors lines like R,B,G mis alignments,tv have any colors shadows pictures or have a 3D pictures look alike?Yes,than ur tv have a dead convergence board to causes the tv to have all of these pictures problems.The tv convergence board must have be repair like replacing 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all of it resistors too.To fixed the tv convergence board to solved the tv convergence pictures problems.The tvs shops will cost u like $300-350 for parts and labors.

Check the fuses on the ysus & zsus boards. Are any fuses on boards open . Disconect power cabels to ysus board first {board on left} . put tv on . if the light is green the ysus board must be replaced.

Needs the 2 convergence amplifiers replaced and then convergence alignment carried out(Could be pricy)
