You can get the subsidy password through online..........give your IMEI number and get the unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.
This site is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

2. Press Yes to continue.
3. Enter the 16 digit Subsidy Unlock Code
4. Enter the 16 digit Subsidy Unlock Code, again. Device should say: "Network Lock Deactivated" Phone may automatically reboot

*The 16 digit code can be obtained by calling the Mobile Operator Customer Care Department and given the representative the IMEI number. In exchange they will give you the Subsidy Unlock Code. Alternatively, you can go online and seek out a Subsidy Unlock site.
To obtain the IMEI number press *#06# on your mobile device.

What service provider is on/in the phone?

Your phone is locked. You will most likely have to purchase an unlock code or you can contact your service provider to see if they will give you a subsidy code.

If the first person you talk to refuses to, call back and talk to someone else. Sometimes they will, sometimes they won't.

if you give me your imei number i should be able to get you the code that overides the code it is asking for but i cant get them for all phones but give me your imei number off the back off your phone this worked on my nokia 6230 so cant see why i cant get the code for your phone aswell alot of people charge for this info but as i dont get charged im not going to star charging people your imei code will look something like 123456/12/123456/0 post back and i will try my best to help you ok.................
