Do you mean the network unlock?I suggest you can approach Unlock-zone.com and specify the country,locked network of your Motorola Moto Razr V3x.Based on the availability you can get the unlcok code along with free instructions.

you may try some default codes.........

here is the procedure .

1. power off phone
2. connect phone to cable (for w220 you can use Cable with "X60" mark (Hands-Free cable with 3 metal pins) or ordinary Moto T191 cable).


3. press "Prepare" button and power on phone
4. wait several seconds
5. remove/install battery
6. power on phone
7. press "unlock" button
8. you see unlock codes

you mobile need to be unlock so you need to take your phone to a mobile service center to have that done or try online at unlockitnow.com or mobile2mobile.net.

when you switch on the phone it ask for lock code at that time press menu key it will ask for security code enter 000000 (Regards Paljor Lama)

i used susidy codes to unlock my MOTO phone using codes from http://www.mobile-unlocker.com/ try if your phone is listed for unlocking

give me IMEI number just press *#06# and you will see 15 digit number give it to me i will unlock your phone 100%

But dont insert sim card when it shows insert sim card then press that code *#06#
