Take it back to the place where it was purchased, If it's new, It can easily still be their problem still, There's probably nothing you can do that wouldn't be a lot of trouble for you

You may need to replace the keypad. I found there was moisture causing the problem when we boiled water on the right side of our stove which is under the keypad. I let the microwave dry out for several days and now only use the left side of stove when we boil water and have not had the problem.

The problem is more than likely in the keypad control board, replacement only option.

The All Off cooktop touch control turns off the downdraft exhaust

system and all surface cooking areas that are in use at the same

time.

The Lock cooktop control avoids unintended use of the surface

cooking areas. When the cooktop is locked out, the surface

cooking areas cannot be turned on by the cooktop touch

controls.

To Lock Cooktop: Touch and hold the ALL OFF/LOCK keypad

for 4 seconds. After 4 seconds, ALL OFF/LOCK will glow red,

indicating that the cooktop controls are in the lockout position.

To Unlock Cooktop: Touch and hold the ALL OFF/LOCK keypad
for 4 seconds.

We threw ours out, food taste much better cooked on the stove, oven or grill.

Direct spraying of cleaners on the keypad and steam from the cooktop can short the keypad.

Luckily, it dried out. Sometimes it doesn't, and the keypad has to be replaced.

I always recommend that you spray non-ammonia cleaner on a soft cloth (not a paper towel which can scratch) and gently wipe the keypad.

And I always recommend that you use the vent fan when cooking on the stove top to keep heat, steam, and grease out of the controls.

Hold lock button for a few seconds and it should return to normal

Locking or Unlocking the oven control panel
1. Access Select Function Menu
2. Turn knob clockwise until Lock Keys is flashing
3.Touch Start. Key Pad locked is displayed.

4. To unlock keypads, touch cooking mode and hold for 5 seconds. Display will read unlocking key pad

5. When unlocked the clock will again appear in the display.

It may possibly be locked, in which case holding the enter/start pad for over 3 seconds may unlock it.
