Trying to update to ios7.4 on an iPad 3 on mobile sim

1. From the Home screen, tap Settings.
2. Tap Cellular Data.
3. Tap SIM PIN.
4. Tap the SIM PIN switch to turn on or off .
   SIM PIN is turned on when the switch is in the green position.
5. Enter the current SIM PIN then tap Done.
   The default SIM PIN is 1111

Call to other Mobile. Or contact customer care and tell the numbers printed on sim card.

if your tablet hasnt a sim card in you will not be able to use whatsapp as it needs a mobile phone sim to work from

Your iPad 2 must have 3G, with a sim card. For the sim you need the pin and after 3 misses you need the puk. The puk is on the letter or card that came with the original sim card. On that letter is the pin and puk. sometimes you have to scratch away the metal layer.

If you want to unlock an iPad, with the lock code on, and forgot your pass code you have to enter the correct password that belongs to your Apple ID. It will be partially on the screen. If you really messed up, setting up security, and lost unlock code and your Apple ID password. Only Apple can help. 1) you state the problem is with an Apple iPad 32gb Wifi Tablet. You will be unable to put a sim card in as this is not the 3G / 4G version.

3) Have you searched the manufacture website? There are online user guides on apple.com.

4) Use a small needle and press it in to the hole on the sim card slot. remove, insert your simcard and insert in to the ipad.

Hi, on the wifi version of iPad. You cannot insert a sim on this unit. The 3G units has a slot for micro sim cards. The wifi version does not have the hardware inside necessary to access 3G networks.
