Possible that the main power has failed , the power supply of the unit had packed up or there is a serious fault in the controller unit. You need to open the control panel unit to trace this case specially using a multimeter, check for the AC power to the unit and check for the DC to the circuit. If not the panel is a suspect.
Hi just read your posting.Have you checked the power point for power with a toaster or hair dryer? If there is power to the machine then there are 2 reasons why it is not powering up.1st-- the drain pump is open circuit 2nd the control module is faulty.1st empty the machine by hand so you can look underneath the machine by tipping it back far enough to see the pump. Now the pump will either have a red or black fan on it ,or you will see no fan and that means you have the new style pump.please reply with the type of pump you have and if you have or can borrow an electrical test meter and i can guide you step by step to find out if the pump is faulty or the controller or both.
A solution of bleach and water will do. Just wet the rag and rub it down well. When this is done you may still have the marks but the mold is dead. If you want it to be completely clean you may need to replace.it.
