i would take it back to wallyworld and tell them and get a new phone if the book wasn't in there it might of been used?

The ViviCam 3710 does not record any sound. You can add a soundtrack using video-editing software on a computer, but you cannot record one on this camera.

The 3710 does not support sound while taping. It only captures short video segments without recording any audio. / Don

The reset is not the camera, its the batteries. If you are using regular batteries its time for new ones. IF you are using rechargeable, then they either need to recharge, or have used their life expectance. Try putting in regular batteries and see if they work. If they do, you need a new rechargeable cell. Please let me know if this works for you! Thanks //D
