I have the black three of all salton EX 20 coffee and expresso but not sure if I'm missing a cup steamer to use with that long metal that hangs down on the right side

You probably already have it fixed by now, but if you have not, did you screw off the nozzle on the steamer wand, and make sure water runs through it? It might take a bit of force to unscrew if it has not been unscrewed in a while. A toothpick and bit of water should be all you need to get the gunk out.
