I had the same problem, I needed the instruction manual for Salton EX-20 Three for All. Searching the net I found the following answers:

I have scanned the manual for Salton ex10 three for all coffeemaker but I don't know how to upload it.

You can call them directly 800-947-3745. Just a note.. they wanted $21 (including shipping) for a replacement expresso carafe (4-cup) for my MEX1B model. I thought this was a bit pricy and found a generic 4-cup espresso pot at Target.com for $10. Good luck!
