V400 lost sender unit

Hi I have lost the Usb sender with my mouse I thought i had clipped it to the mouse ! Can I buy a replacement

    i broke my sender to my wireless keyboard and mouse. Now, the the whole thing is useless. How can I find a replacement?

Hi carolinen, sorry to hear you lost the sender, they make them so small they just ask to get lost! It is possible to buy a replacement sender, but I would not recommend as it costs a little more than it would to buy a new v400. So if you do require another the same, I recommend you check out ebay,where there are quite a few v400s for sale at reasonable prices. Hope this helps! Si :)

There isn't one on a wireless mouse.You get the sender with the mouse that goes into your USB port on computer.Put it back together and find the little USB sender in the blister pack,put a battery in the mouse,and your good to go.All i use is wireless mice.

You should be able to buy a mouse at any local electronics store like Best Buy, Circuit City, RadioShack, etc. You would connect it through one of your USB ports on your notebook.

Hi, this could be a problem with pairing. Try re-pairing your mouse with the usb sender, it should say how to do that in the manual that came with the mouse. Also, possibly try a different usb port/new batteries in the mouse. Hope this is useful in some way! Si :)
