Always at the 12 min mark and on, when the rinse spin cycle starts, my Kenmore Oasis HE 27082 top load washing machine always, and I mean always, flashes UL - unbalanced. I am so sick of this problem. It does not matter if I am washing a single item or multiple, light or heavy loads, all always, and I mean always go unbalanced. My husband checked the bolts underneath and they are all tight. What is the problem with this machine? I wish I could lift it because I would definitely throw it to the curb!

This issue can either be due to the suspension rings or due to motor issue. Please check this link for exploded diagram of your washer---

Also, check the stator motor and the retainer, make sure no parts are missing. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

May be a bad door switch. Washers usually let you open the machine (top load) while in wash, but not for rinse and spin because of the high speed. If the door switch is bad, it may think the door is always open and therefore wont go past the wash cycle.

On any cycle you put it on including rinse/spin
Call recall # 1 800 659 7026. Give your name & telephone # you gave when you purchase it. Some CS reps want model & serial #. Your machine is probably part of the recall & will be repaired free if it is...Good luck!

Kenmore Oasis top load always out of balance and bangs
First just to let you know, the oasis is very sensitive to the load level and water ratio if its too heavy the load has to be perfectly balanced inside the tub. Next check to see if any of the straps are broke. The next thing is that the newtator has tighted up all on its own so when it spins the newtator grabs the tub while it spins at high speed. I have never had to fix this but i know it is a common problem. I hope i helped a little. Good luck!

Oasis washer
Suggest you run the machine through a few rinse cycles until all the soap is washed away. Better if you can do this without laundry loaded.
