Your power supply is fried. I had the same problem with my Bestec ATX 250 power supply. I fixed the problem by installing the StatTech model: ATXPOWER250. It was easy to install and works well. It is almost identical to the original but more quiet. I got it for $29 at MicroCenter.com. Also at online Newegg.com, Radioshack.com, Provantage.com, June 20,2009
SOURCE: Not getting power to a 580 smartboard.
if you have no led, the board has no power. you can only have 4 usbs in one hub, and each of those usb cables cannot be over 16 feet long. if it's red, it's not communicating with the computer. check the usb port on the computer. disconnect the usb fron the board and reconnect it. if it's amber, there is a checksum error, so reset the SC9 controller by pushing the reset button on the side of the SC9 for no longer than 3 seconds. if the pen tray leds cycle, all should be well.
