Forgetting your User password is both annoying and easily fixable.
Turn laptop on and repeatedly hit F8 till a black screen with white writing appears with multiple options for you to select.
Highlight "Safe mode with command prompt" after a few minutes another screen will appear with the following.
C:/ Yourcomputersname/Your user name>
type "net user" press enter
type "net user Your user account name * " (( Your User Name should appear under neath the "net user" command.
Type "net user Your user name *
It will ask you to enter a password, enter any password you like. Note the cursor will not move to show it recognised a key press this is for security purposes so please dont make a mistake.
It will ask you to re enter the same password
Re enter password then press enter
COMMAND COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY should appear.
Reboot laptop and sign in with original User Name and new password you typed in above.

change the sign-on password to a computer without knowing the original
password...
Go to the start menu, then click on "run" (the
command program).
Type in "cmd" (without the quotes).
Once the command window comes up type in:
"net user"
After you
type in "net user" it will list the user names of the computer.
You want to type in "net user" and
the user name after it.
So if the username was Maya you would type in:
net user maya.
After this it should say on the command window
"you may change your password".
To change the password type in what you typed
in the previous step but this time add the password to the end.
So if my password were abcd I would type in :
net user maya abcd.

8) If SSL mode is enabled, under Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP), tap Advanced.
9) Set Incoming Uses SSL and Outgoing Uses SSL to OFF.
ok boot the computer in safe mode by pressing F8 in start up and select to boot in command promt. select administrator account and enter the following command.
net user net user "account name" without quotes net user "account name" * enter new pasword confirm password
