How do i add the mac address of my printer to the list of permitted devices

Disconnect the Ethernet cable between the router and the cable-modem (or DSL-modem).
Access the web-interface inside the router.
Allow "all" MAC-addresses to access the router.
Turn the printer off.
Turn the printer on, so that it gets a "fresh" IP-address from the router.
On the router's web-interface, get it to show a list of the "active" DHCP-connections.
It should show the IP-address and MAC-address for your printer.
Copy that MAC-address, and the MAC-address of your computer.
On the router's web-interface, access the table of "allowable" MAC-addresses.
Add the two MAC-addresses.
Enable the "selected MAC-addresses only" option.
Reconnect the Ethernet cable.

How to change mac address?

Every Ethernet card has a MAC address burned-in at the factory. At times, you may want to change this MAC address to one of your own choosing.
The procedures to change a MAC address are specific to each operating system.

Windows XP adds an option to change the MAC address on some network cards under the Advanced tab in the network adapter's Properties menu.
A much easier and more reliable method to change a MAC address under Windows is to use a software utility program designed to do this for you.
Macshift is a free utility that you can use to spoof your MAC address under Microsoft Windows.
How to change a MAC address in MacOS Instructions for changing the MAC address on a Macintosh can be found at MAC Spoofing on the Macintosh.

S6120 didn't take 250GB memory

hi Barch

every processor has three types of buses.
  1. address bus
  2. data bus
  3. control bus
The size of address bus is responsible for the number of memory locations a processor can access.

The size of address bus is fixed for each processor.

Your processor can address that many memory locations only through its address bus.

That is why anything more than the limit of memory location is waste.

Thank You
