Create a Live email account

In Search by Keyword I typed serial number and clicked Search.

Choose item 1, cursor down to Chain Saws.

If done correctly a nifty diagram appears with pictures displaying where to find the serial on specific models.

I could have done this much easier but this way you get a feel for how to interact with the Echo site.

Try the following:

1. Navigate to : http://www.logictech.com
2. Select Product Support, from the Support drop down menu.
3. Select either Option 1, 2,3 or 4. If Option 2 or 3 then :

• Option 2 = Type in Model No. of the product.
• Option 3 = Select Product Type and Product Name.

Once you have located the Product then do the following :

1. Select Download installation software, drivers and more... from under the Software Downloads heading.
2. Select the OS (Operating System) you are using, xp, vista, windows7 from the Choose OS drop down menu.
3. Select the File type (either 32 bit or 64 bit) from the Select File drop down box.
4. Review the information. Read the Download Instructions section.
5. Click the Download Software button.

Follow any other prompts or questions that are required.
