Capitol and tundra plus a few more all made this same light meter.
In this manual it is under tundra d-3b. hope this helps.

Believe it or not the camera is worth around £100 or $150 dollars. If you are going to put a reserve price on the camera then i would start with £50 or $80 depending on the condition its in.
Change the battery! This happened to mine too, I was terrified... never knew it took a battery until then, as I don't have a viewfinder with an inbuilt lightmeter. Unfortunately the rz needs it just to run, this is where the rb actually wins. The battery is underneath, you should be able to get a new one from a camera shop.
The camera keeps the lens open if you look at the back
of the lens you will see a small lever if you push it it will
open the iris and let go it spring back if that ok it the
camera that faulty
