Unfortunately, once a text is deleted from the device it isn't able to be retrieved. Now if it's a different kind of message you may have some options. The only way to get that text back would be to have it resent.
Dear friend,
You have not written about your model no.
Yet if you are sure that you don't have any unread msg, then its happening because your msg memory is full!
Please clear up your msg memory by deleting some msg's .
I am sure deleting some msg will help you.
Regards,
Priyank Abhineet.
This website listed above shows the manuals for the vtech phones. Find your model number on your phone and retrieve the manual from the site. On the part of recovering your deleted messages on your vtech phone, you can't recover them from the device itself. If you have Vonage, Comcast, AT&T or Verizon, which all have VoiceMail systems. They can recover your deleted messages. I hope something turns out for the good on this vtech problem.
unplug NOW before someone tapes a messages over the "deleated"one try plugging back to power after machine has had 5min downtime this may 'reset' so you can retrieve if this does not work call manufactor they may know a trick but do not reconnect because if someone tapes over its gone!
HI
Unfortunately, Memory in the phone is RAM type and it is not Hard Drive type so once it has been erased, you will not be able to retrieve it back. That is why some phone model has poped up the message to ask you whether you are confimed for a premanent delete. Memory in phone was too small so it must erase the old one in order to give out more space for incoming one so once it is erase, it will be permanently.
