I tried to use Motorola Phone tools to delete a file I had put on the phone with the same program, please help me delete this file, it kkeps saying access denied.

Have you updated the firmware lately? Some of the newer versions wont let you delete your ringers once they are stored. Do you know how to use bitpim? If not shoot me an email and i can walk you through it. It is really easily to use. Good Luck!
I'm not sure that this is really a question, but yes, the Motorola Phone Tools software package is not free by legal means.
The V3 phone was not designed to be an mp3 player, unlike a lot of the later models. You can, however, easily put mp3s on the phone with the Motorola Phone Tools.

Or you can try Android Phone Recovery to get back deleted photos, messages, contacts, videos and other data.
If you have a Motorola Razr that has an mp3 player then yes. You would connect a USB data cable from the computer to the phone. then transfer the files from your music folder into the phone
If you are in the UK, go to the carphone warehouse. If you are anywhere in America ect, go to any phone shop and ask for Motorola Phone Tools Version 4.0 for your PC. Install the package and upload Via the software program. The package contains a USB lead and the CD for £10 in England. Prices may vary in different countrys.
Its common with motos razors to get freeze ups. I even heard about it happening when sending sms or working on the calendar.
If you think it might be the humidity, you could try putting it in an airing cupboard for a few days, with bat disconnected.
If nothing works, try getting it fixed on warranty if valid, just don't mention the humidity part ;]
