Stanby only power on cannot activated
Sir patulong naman huh kng str w6753 talaga ang power ng sanyo tv st21ms22 na model kasi pag dala sakin wala nng power ic eh
Sir may ginagawa akong tv ang trouble nya. pag on mo ng tv after mga 2 to 3 .minutes nawawala na ang sound tpos pag pinatay mo at pag plug mayron uli sounds tpos nawawala uli sound buo ang i.c sanyo st 21ys2

Please check zener diode D661. I f this is short, your power can not initiate. Hope this one can help.

Check if Horizontal ouput is shorted.Check if you have B+ (135VDC) power supply and secondary supplies working(12VDC, 5VDC) and check if you have horiz. drive pulse from drive transformer.
A common fault for dead set is the capacitors in the power supply (secondary of transformer) - no 12VDC supply.
