Hey guys I was looking around as well ...I found a universal remote that actually worked A++++ .....the name is SONY multi brand remote commander RM-V210 the trick is try under the BOSE code it worked for me picked it up at Walmart for like $12 bucks..

what you will want to do is go into your user manual and look up factory defaults reset this should return your tv to its firmware and let you adjust or change your region
