Connecting to Virgin Superhub with Intel

Did you follow instructions on the manual , re install the driver .

The purple lit up thing badged Virgin media, it's a button as well as the indicator by colour.

I used to have the same problem and installed a wireless access point that professionals use in schools and factories. You couple to the saucer shaped thing with cable and it does Wi-Fi cable free for miles. I can follow the signal more than 20 houses away.

I had similar problems when I moved to the SuperHub - my TV could stream from my PC via my old Router but couldn't connect when using the SuperHub.
At first I thought (and was incorrectly told on here) that the SuperHub doesn't support DLNA, but what it turned out to be was that when attached via the SuperHub the TV was allocated a different IP address and my Firewall (ZoneAlarm) automatically blocked it (which I only realised from looking at the firewall logs).
For some reason ZoneAlarm had automatically allowed the TV through when I originally connected it to the old Router with no setup needed from me, but it had automatically blocked it when I connected it to the SuperHub. Adding the TV IP address to the ZoneAlarm "Trusted Zone" sorted it out.
Although this may not be your problem, and I was using TVMOBiLi rather than Mezzmo, it might be worth looking at your Firewall etc., because I incorrectly assumed it was down to the SuperHub because that was the only "new" thing in the previously working DLNA system.

If the monitor has several video connections then you need to go into the monitor's settings and select the correct video input.

The problem is in the Keyboard of your laptop some keys are pressed or becomes faulty , change the keyboard

I doubt there is battery problem, have you tried switching on laptop without battery and connecting through the laptop charger? most probable your battery is not taking the charge. so suggest you to disconnect the battery and try using laptop with charger then you'll find the problem.

Did you download the latest audio drivers from Dell.com?
