Try un-mounting your SD card from your tablet , and then re-mounting it. This sometimes works when your screen locks up while running an app.

Same thing happened to me. All you can do is return it and order a new one free of charge.

My supernova will not come on at all

Plug in either the standard charger or a micro USB charger, the screen should light up. If it does not.... Repair is needed!

Why is my wifi not working on my Super nova DLX when i charge it or turn it bck on?

yes thats right or turn it on to come on with bbot up ,look in the control panel for the correct programe in relation to internet coinnections and make the wi fi the permanant connection with a tick in the icon
