I am infoprint 6500 ,but when i change parameter and save it,i turned off the printer and tourne on. But print cant change the parameter

Try changing the driver to *IBMSNMPDRV.

try changing the manufacturer and model type to *ibm2390.

Check in the Configuration Menu for your "Power on" configuration set. It is most likely set to "Factory Default" Change to your custom set (1,2,3 etc) and save. Make sure you save your set again after you set this (you just changed the config so save it)

You hace to save settings in the config menu, sometimes they dont save so its better to change settings by using web brouser and pc.

Try one of the following:
1. Turn the printer off, then back on
2. Reverse the ribbon; perhaps it is upside down

Once the printer is powered on and the ribbon is in correctly, the printer should work.

Have you gone to the " Save Configuration" option in the menu ? Try saving to ALL configuration locations.
