go to your manufacturers support page and download the drivers you need.
Laptops need graphics drivers from the manufacturor, not the nvidia site.
If you post your make/model i will find the drivers you need
you might have deleted the driver for your internal sound card go to the laptops manufacturers website and see if you can download the driver again, then reinstall it.
you need to delete the songs, videos and pictures those are the type of files that make space. but before you do that makesure they're backed elsewhere if you need them.
