You did not mention whether it was a front or rear door? I assume its a front because u stated no screws.

Here are instructions for front door:

Remove the plastic trim from behind mirror(just snaps on).
Remove the window switch panel(just snaps on).
Remove the screw behind the mirror cover.
Remove the screw behind the window switch panel.
Remove the courtesy lamp lens.
Remove the screw in the courtesy lamp housing.
Remove the inside door handle trim cover.
Remove the inside door handle bolt.
Lift upward and then outward to remove the front door trim panel

2008 Ford Expedition The driver's window fell off its track. How do I fix it please?

Question edited for clarity and add maker.
Question moved to model category.

The window most likely came unglued from the window track. You need to remove the door panel and look at the point where the window mounts to the regulator. If it is off there you can reglue it.

Window came off track

The track is called the regulator, it is most likely broken. you will need to buy a new regulator, and I recommend highly to get the window motor with it. Door panel must come off to replace. Not an easy job if you havent done it before.

Hello my right power window is off track.how hard is it to dismantle and put window back on track. How do i get to the window/glass

You remove the door panel,to get to everything.
You may have to replace the window regulator or cable.
You don't just put it back on track,it broke.
Were long sleeves and thin gloves,to avoid cuts, while working inside the door panel

Window fell off track on a 1998 ford expedition how do i fix that

sounds like this could be a problem whithe the track or it came loose from the window regulator. very easy to tell what happend. take the door pannel off and just simply look inside. if it is the part that accualy monts to the window that is your regulator. if it looks like it was glued on to the window then you can go to any part store and pick up a tube of uerothane it comjes in a caulk tube apply this to the track on the regulator and put the window back in this will take about 24 hrs to fully cure. also do not close window all the way only about half way untill fully cured or at least 5 hours

How do you disable the baby locks on a 97 Ford Explorer 4 door

There is a latch inside the frame of the back door. You have to switch the latch to unlock and they will then allow someone in the back seat to open the doors.

From www.topix.com /forum/autos
1998 (2000) Expedition....child safety lock often kicked in by itself. SOLVEDI wedged it down with a rubber plug. - ALL OK for ~ 3 years.
Then lock "activated" even with lever DOWN.
All is FINE NOW - see below.
Rick
Milton, Canada
Remove the plastic cover around the lock lever. Spray a light penatrating oil (wd-40) in and around the lock leaver mechanisim and work the mechanisim up and down several times. This should free up the small gravity lock inside the mechanism.

Good luck.
