SOURCE: Dishwasher tripped our main circuit breaker.

It may be that your water pump is leaking on to the motor...

SOURCE: Dishwasher stopped mid-cycle. No power lights etc.

There is a thermal fuse in the control panel that must be replaced.
It is on the right hand side and has a black and a white wire going to it.

How to change lower door seal on Lamona HSA 8630 please?

Are you sure it isn't HJA8630?

It appears to be unknown where I am in Canada. Generic door seal replacement videos. They all follow a theme.

Lamona hja8630

could be a water inlet valve. Turn off water supply....disconnect hose at dishwasher....turn water supply on slightly to ensure water supply and hose are ok. If you have water there , problem could be water inlett valve or perhaps a sticky float valve.

Lamona (Howdens) dishwasher. Start/Cancel/Pause button is not working.

Probably a bit late for the original poster, but I found this page after searching with the same problem. You can actually fix this yourself. I had exactly the same problem - if you take the front off the dishwasher, the switch module is inside a grey plastic moulding. If you remove the two cable plugs and remove the two screws holding the moulding in you can then take it out. Carefully open it by pulling back the clips, and inside is a small circuit board that slides out. On one side are the two microswitches. I got mine working again with some switch cleaner. If that doesn't work, you should be able to get a new switch soldered on by any electrical repairer. Obviously, yours may be slightly different as I don't know what model dishwasher you have, but mine is a Howden's/Lamona too, so it's probably very similar. Good luck.

HJA8630, switched on and all program lights and play on cant do nothing

most likely the door switch is faulty or the child lock button is pressed. Press Cancel to see if anything happens Otherwise you have to test why the door is not latching properly.
