Front brakes stuck on (1994 toyota corolla) getting hot and smells terrible it is snowing and -30 at the moment could this be the cause

If your front brakes are froze on then the calipers are not releasing. Most common cause is a bad master cylinder. you may be able to bleed your brakes but most likely you will need to replace your master cylinder

115 000 BTU Diesel or kerosene// fuel psi 5.3/// model # 29456 /// amp 3.6 When I run the unit after aprox 10 min it shuts itself off and blows a big puff of smoke. Do you have any idea what the...

There should be some sort of fire eye on this, either a visually operated sensor of a thermocouple that is reading the temperature of the flame. If it senses no flame it will shut the unit off so you don't get poisened by fumes.Does it re-set when you try and start it again or do you have to push the reset button, either way it needs to be re-set before operating again. I suspect that this sensor is causing your problems. These units also have fuel pumps, this may also cause the problem, hard for me to tell without seeing the unit.

Check your owners manual or a repair manual and locate the Ignition Fuses Under the hood and in the passenger compartment), and others that might cause a starting issue. Coils packs, fuel injector, loose vacuum hose, etc. Could be anything.

Motor rotates and has spark, but not getting fuel.starts w/starting fluid, gas tank is full but wont stay running.

it is either your injection systems master relay or the fuel pump, you better hope its just the relay cause the relay is a $30 and about 12 seconds to change, the fuel pump requires you to get the vehicle up in the air, drop the tank, remove the pump assembly, replace it and put it all back together, its about a 3 hour job if nothing goes wrong and a pump can run you up to $350 just for parts. to check the relay, simply remove it and take a ohmmeter to it to check for completed circuit, there should be a crude circuit diagram right on the relay itself.

I have a 2001 Chevy cavalier that has been sitting about 7 months. I went to start and battery was dead so I went and bought a new battery and installed. The car cranks fine but will not start. I sprayed a...

The fuel is a likely cause of problems in this case. One possibility is a clogged fuel filter. If the tank wasn't completely full, it may be possible for condensation to form in the tank as a result of changes in temperature and weather, which can lead to water and rust in the tank. Fuel changes on long storage too, forming varnish which can prevent enough fuel getting to the engine. Long story short, the safe thing would be to have the car towed to a shop and have the fuel system checked out, because continued attempts to start the engine with dirty fuel can cause more problems.

1977 f250 just quit running. It turns over but won''t fire. It sounds like it is not getting gas or fire. What could be the cause?

Module in the distributors are known to go bad. If you are getting fuel, this is the cause. If you are not getting fuel, check for plugged fuel filter or fuel pump inop.
