Do a hard reset.
1. Turn the G1 off. If it’s frozen on, take the battery out and put it back in the unit.
2. Hold the Home and Power keys down at same time for about 25 seconds. You will see a yellow triangle screen with exclamation point in the middle.
Now to wipe the device clean:
3. Press Alt+L.
4. Press Alt+W for a factory reset.
5. Press the Home and Back keys again for about 25 seconds.
The device should then reset again and the hard reset is complete.

My ps3 keeps frezing while im playing zombiz online and how do iunfezed?

Your problem is your internet speed dropping in my opinion. You can try to reset your modem by turning or unplugging it off for 60 seconds the turn on and wait for all of its lights to return.

My Rogers G1 won't load beyond the HTC logo screen, it just keeps repeating. I've tried removing power, not wanting to factory reset. :(

Don't bother the factory reset. You will need to get a new one. I'm sorry for your device is broken

My g1 tmobile phone keeps turning off on me? what can i do

If it keeps rebooting itself at the G1 and Android screen, you might want to factory reset the phone and clear all the data as there may be a virus. To do this, when turning on the phone, hold the home button and the power button even while the G1 screen comes up. Keep holding these until an image with a triangle comes up. You will then wait 5-10 seconds, and press the home and power button again together. This will bring up the OS screen, and provide you 4 options. One of these options is to wipe and restore to factory. Do this and your phone should work fine after you reboot again.

Just brought a g1

You must also subscribe to a G1 data feature. If you don't have a data feature on your account the phone is essentially a paper weight.

My G1 phone wont factory reset itself and i dont know what to do, im not sure if i can still return my phone and get a new one because i had it since March 13,2009

Have you tried a reset using the hardware buttons? To perform this, you need to turn off the phone first. While it is off, press and hold the home key and the power key at the same time. Keep holding the buttons until you see a screen with a triangle and an exclamation point in the middle. Once you see the triangle, let go of the buttons and open the keyboard. Press ALT+W at the same time, and the phone should reset.

Screen wont turn on

You are going to have to ty a hard reset. Don't worry about things being deleted from the phone, as your phone auto syncs with Gmail when you enter your account info again.

To hard reset...turn the phone on while holding home and back. Follow on screen prompt.

If that doesn't work try..

Hold home and power buttons
once phone is on, open keyboard and hold alt first + w

Frez's up

More then likely you are having memory issues, if the phone has low memory is will freeze and run slow. you will want to first try clearing your internet browser cache, cookies, and history. Also clean out your call logs and messages as well and delete any unused applications you downloaded. Sometime you can download corrupt applications from the market so deleting them will resolve the issue. If this doesn't help you will not to reset the phone.
