go to your message option and select a message that is locked , from there you have option on it and scroll down to unlock and that would be the process for it and now the message that was locked its unlocked now , good luck ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,rymi1982
hey there.....have a solution to your problem.....just go to the locked message and then go to the options menu....you will find the option to unlock it ....unlock it and after that you can delete it........
I had this problem with my Moto RAZR and I had to call customer care. They moved me to some other tower, or something. They were having a problem in my area.
Try emptying your outbox. In your message center, scroll to your outbox, hit the menu bar, and scroll to where it says "clean up messages" - you should see an option to delete the messages in the outbox.
highlight the message in your inbox and press menu. You should have the option to unlock. Select that. tHen you should be able to delete them.
As far as your voicemail...
Call and leave yourself a message and then delete it. This will cause the voicemail system to send a message to your phone to remove the icon.
