Check its main power supply regulator section for the fault. Check the fuse. If the fuse found open or burned, find out the reason first. If so, there must be some kind of short circuit inside the circuit board. Might be some components to get shorted. Check it first. Rectify the reason for the fault first, and only then replace the fuse, if it is found faulty.
