Hi there I have a whirlpool model # ggw9200lq1 gas dryer I had it for about 2 years and in the last month it's been leaving the clothes damp. I have lots of heat well when I open the door its hot inside. I've clean out my line that goes outside for the vent but still nothing. As I read in this site I also checked the senser in the dryer and it beeped with 02. Can someone please help
You would want to check the force of the air coming out of your vent at the outside.if this is not great.check to make sure your duct is not kinked or your lint screen is clean.if you have already done this.then you have an internal block in your dryer duct.you will need to call in your local tech.

Hi,
If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heating the most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glows sometimes it is still not working properly.
if you dryer is gas check out this gas no heat tip....
If you have an electric dryer, you can have many different things that can go wrong causing the dryer not to heat.

I have the same problem. It takes 3 hours to dry a load of towels.
Our whirlpool dry will not shut off on the timed model it does turn off on the "very hot" mode. But the top fills hot, and the clothes still damp. We had two censers changed last month because it wouldn't turn off or heat. Help
