SOURCE: Another flood. GE washer

The water sound is normal. There is a solution in the top of inner tub for balance. Is it overflowing...as in not stopping the fill cycle? If so check to make sure small hose is still attached to outer tu at bottom left front. This dome that it connects to can become filled with scum and causes the unit to not know that it's full. This causes flooding. You can try removing hose and cleaning out with thin wire. Sometime only fix is to replace outer tub. Again, this is only if overflowing!!
Another possibility is a bad break allowing outer tub to spin in agitation. This throws water up over sides of tub. Monitor unit when agitating to see if outer tub picks up speed and starts to spin. It is normal for it to index.

SOURCE: I have a whirlpool front load washing machine model WFW8300SW00

Hay Crab.
what I have found is that the washer thinks it is not pumping out .. if your drain pump is clearly removing the all the water in a good time... then the problem is your pressure switch...it is telling the computer that it still has water in the machine...

replace the pressure switch and it will solve your f21 error.

It is a round unit on the right hand side on top...with a tube and wires going to it...let me know if it helps

SOURCE: Water from GE Washing Machine is coming from under my washer onto the floor

Hello,
I would be happy to help you through this. The first thing to do is get the machine up off the floor onto a base that allows you to slide under machine on your back with a flash light. Make sure whatever you decide to lift machine up onto is very stable and durable. Bricks, blocks, or a utility cart maybe. You need to look under machine to see where the leak is coming from. You want to make sure it is not going to fall on you. The machine is not that heavy, just awkward to lift or move because of it's size. So, you could slide something under each corner, one at a time, or ask a friend to help lift it onto a base. Now you are ready to go. Don't worry, this is really easy.
Get a towel, flashlight, and start machine on a small load with shortest cycle set.(probably delicate). After you start machine, slide under and and try to find where water is leaking from. The pump is going to be a plastic circular shape thing with ridges on outside. Probably dead front center and attached to motor. If water is leaking anywhere from plastic circle thing, then this is your problem. BUT, also follow all the black hoses that are under machine. Sometimes leak can be a cracked hose or loose attachment. That is real cheap and easy. The hoses are attached with metal ring deals. You take a pair of channel locks or big pliers and squeeze them to open. There are 2 or 3 hoses that attach to pump that will need to be removed if this is where leak is coming from. Then, the pump is only attached with meatal clips that you pull out to release pump from motor. No tools needed. Take the pump to sears or local appliance shop and I guarantee they will have replacement. I just paid $59.99 for mine. It took me less than 30 minutes total to replace. Feel free to ask more questions. I love this kinda stuff. Good luck and let me know how it goes.

I have an Electrolux Front load washer, model number EWFLS70JIW0. After fixing an E21 error by clearing the drain, halfway through the 2nd load, it flooded the floor and gave an E131 error. I've checked...

Get a hand crank type drain snake, and continue to snake your drain till you pull out what is down deep in the drain. You will be surprised what else you will pull up from the drain. You can buy this tool for around $25.00. This will be a handy tool . Good Luck Friend.

The washer is not draining from the hoses, it is coming from the top back left side of the tub. pump is working fine and the hoses are all clear. our floor is flooded now since the washer drained.

It sounds like you may have a bad seal. check the seal at the bottom of the tub. Check also for crack in the hose or the gaskets around the pump.

You may have a drain line restriction causing it to back up. Pull the drain hose up about 6 inches and try it again. If it does overflow again, you will need to call a plumber to clear the drain line out in your plumbing.

Washing machine model 110:23032102 is retaining

This assumes that you have a basic Kenmore / Whirlpool top load, direct drive, neutral drain (it doesn't spin until the pump removes most of the water) machine.

First, see the Sears parts site for your washer:

http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/getModel!retrieve.pd?modelNumber=110.23032102&pathTaken=partSearch

and you'll see a list of major sub-components with diagrams and parts.

See the section for the basket and tub assembly's

I'd pull the cabinet in order to get to the hoses going to and from the pump first.

See the following:

http://www.american-appliance.com/catalog/newsdesk_info.php?newsPath=16&newsdesk_id=131

I'd check the hoses for blockage, check the shaft from the motor to the pump and check inside the pump to make sure the inlet and outlet aren't blocked.

Water wont come through the dishwasher.i checked the water supply switch it is still in the on position what should i check next.

The anti flood system could have triggered (due to water on the base of the washer via leaky pipe) This device shuts off the water supply and puts the pump out motor on and nothing els happens until you clear the water on the washer floor and rectify the leak.
The anti flood device is a polystireene small plate with a micro switch on the bottom floor of the washer.
