Question about Rand Mcnally TND 500 Car GPS Receiver
Model: intelliroute TND 510 this happend after i updated my system
They do that so you will go by a new one by a cobra end of head aches

You have a few corrupted files internally. Contact Rand Support to
obtain a new update SD Card to upgrade you to the new version and maps. The update SD Card will not remove your user
data. Be sure to have your serial number handy,
(back side, bottom right).

The download did not go correctly. You have a unit that is
missing or has incomplete files. Contact Rand Support and they will send you an
update card. It will not delete your user data and it will upgrade you to the
current version and with new maps. Be sure to have the serial number off the
