Put the "System Restore" disk into the drive,
    and restart your computer.
Choose to "change boot order" so that the first boot-device is your CD/DVD unit.
Your computer *WILL* boot from the disk in the drive,

I can't play CD/DVD from my laptop. When i opened the device manager, there are 2 drives: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T10N ATA Device and WC6037K IYL929R SCSI CdRom Device. The first device doesn't work when i...

In Laptop obviously there is only one CD/DVD rom drive present.

So first confirm have you got any mark in the device manager entry for WC6037K IYL929R SCSI CdRom Device. If yes then you need to go in the BIOS and detect the Boot priority and enable the CD Rom there.
Check out the event viewer entry if showing any red cross entry related to CD/DVD rom and try to search it out on net.

If the CD/DVD drive is opening or ejecting out then it working and if it is not may be the failure in Drive and need to replace.

Other entry you had mentioned is for RAM (memory)
