How to reset my phone?

The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. MPx220 - Master Reset How do I do a Master Reset? To do a Master Reset:

1. Power the phone off.
   
2. Press and hold the BLUE action key.
   
3. While holding down the action key turn the power back on.
   
4. You will then get a prompt asking for confirmation of a Master Reset.

Note: This will NOT delete the file manager but all memory contents and phone settings will be erased. Please recomend that any data be backed up before performing a Master Reset on the MPx220.

See that the memory card is a branded one or else it could effect your phone .....................

change the rom or hard reset,to do hard reset first press the big blue button and hold it press and then press the power swich,the message master reset will apear and choose yes.By doing this you will loose everything on your phone

First try a other battery from a friend with the same phone, if the problem is solved, the battery is faulty, If the problem is not solved, the battery connector is faulty, you will have to take your phone to a repairman to have this repaired. Hope this helps Regards

I would personally suggest going to ebay. They carry many replacement parts for cell phones such as the Flex cable that you need, and are quite inexpensive as well. I guess figuring out how to install it is the tricky part. Good Luck!!!!
