I purchased my crib in 2006 and had it in storage when the recall happened in 2009. Since it wasn't in use at the time, I didn't realize there was a recall. Now that I'm trying to sell the crib, I'm finding I need replacement parts.

There was a recall on those parts. Go to simplicityforchildren.com.

Are you sure your crib is recalled? I found the information for the recall on the Aspen 3 in 1 crib but couldnt locate the 4 in 1. My suggestion would be to call the Simplicity for kids recall hotline at 800-858-8323 Between 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. They will be able to verify the recall of your crib as well as direct you in how to receive replacement parts.

You do know you can get a refund of between 90 and 140 dollars by simply returning it to Walmart? No receipt required.
SOURCE: I Read this crib was recalled due to metal frame
You can take it to Walmart for a full refund, no receipt required. DO NOT USE THIS CRIB.
CHILDREN HAVE DIED IN THEM. The company is out of busines and there is no fixing
the problem, which is the death of infants.

Most of those Simplicity cribs were recalled. The model number tells you if it is actually illegal to sell them, bummer. If you post the model number and date of manufacture I can help determine the case. Nice thing is, you can take them to Walmart for a refund or credit, even without a receipt. Feel free to reply with the info.
As a follow up to the previous posts, Simplicity is out of business and there is no company contact for assistance. Graco may be able to help but I haven't had any luck when it comes to Simplicity products as Graco simply sold Simplicity the use of the name "graco" for their product line.
