Re: How do I remove the watch from the leather wristband...
I use a pair of needle nose and push one end of the pin toward the other. Imagine a real small toliet paper roll the pin acts in the same manner as that

What sort of wrist band do you have? Metal or leather/plastic? Make sure the spring pin is properly inserted into the holes on the watch. Sometimes if there is tension in the wrist band the spring pin will not expand all the way into the hole and thus will come out when putting the watch on the wrist.
You should be able to find a nice wristband for your watch on ebay. If you want to replace with the original you might need to contact Guess directly, however ebay will have more then a few guess wristbands.
Thanks for contacting FixYa.
KC is a very tough one to find on line. Is it a specialty type band?? I dont know if yours is a leather or metal. If its a standard leather you can find at any store that carries bands. But otherwise, you may have to contact KC personally at 1-800-KEN-COLE.
Best regards.
You should be able to get one at any merchandise store. Walmart target kmart jcpenny where ever. You might have to buy another cheap band the same size pin. If they won't sell you a pin unless you bought it there. I had that happen to me before
If you have a new wristband, there is a spring loaded lug where the band joins the watch, use a sharp knife or jeweler's screwdriver to slide the lug from the watch
If there are holes where the band connects to the watch and you are unable to push the spring bar out. There may be a bar connecting the band to the watch. Those are harder to push out.You might have to use a tool & hammer it with a gavel. Hope this helps
