You may need to get the drivers for your phone. Usually the phone comes with a cd to install software on the computer. if not you should be able to download it from the phone manufactures website :)
For some reasons, trios **** at charging. Your trio probably isn't charging at all for some reason, like mine won't right now. I think they might be pieces of ****!
When you plug the mp3 player in, look at the battery meter. If its not "loading" its not charging. If it is "loading" its charging. Well it worked for me. Hope it works for you. :)

so your looking for the audio book ok u get into your menu on the mp3 player and go to audio books then if your on the comp then you push open folder to view files
then it should be under data or watever u named it use the f3search when its ont eh computer
