I need a driver for a DGM L-1936wd monitor - Computers & Internet

Here's some tricks I would try...
1. Verify the monitor's power cord is plugged firmly into the wall outlet and the back of the monitor.
2. Verify the monitor cable is firmly connected to the computer and the monitor.
3. Verify that you have turned the monitor power switch on.
4. If the power light on the monitor is not on, test the wall outlet (plug in a light or something you know works).
5. If the power light on the monitor is not on, try a different power cord.
6. If the power light is on and yellow or orange or flashing, but nothing displays, or the display is incorrect, borrow a monitor from a friend. If that works, your monitor probably needs replaced.
7. Also, you could try your display on a friend's computer. If it doesn't work, your monitor probably needs replaced. If it works properly on your friends computer, the problem may be with your computers video output port, motherboard video chip (or video card, if you have one), or drivers.

Other Customers of DGM have had the same problem and contacted DGM customer services only to be told that a fix was due soon. I was not happy with this answer and returned mine to Ideal World

I too am looking for the sky code for this DGM model. The DGM website doesn't have it listed - so I called DGM customer services and they advised that they are being updated and I should keep checking back. However after googling for the answer I have found that the question on this model has been being asked for months - so I don't hold out much hope for a resolution in the near future.

the light blinking makes me think that the moniter is going in to sleep mode...try turning the computer on while the moniter is not pluged in(pull the blue vga cable) wait a bit then move the mouse around then plug the vga coble back in...(while the screen is already on)

I don't know what model monitor you have. If you say that jack does not fit the socket. Check the pins in the jack, if some are bent, try straighten them out with a pair of pliers and see if that fixes the problem.

have you removed and reinstalled the device???

You can go here http://www.digimate.co.uk/index2.htm and download a driver no problem... But my guess is that the driver, or lack thereof, is not the problem. It sounds like settings and one of the computer Guru's here can probably help you navigate your operating system to reset them properly. If not let me know and I'll try to help.
