I have an eonon GPS/DVD/Bluetooth flip up touchscreen car stereo. Navigation works fine; when I swith to dvd or backup camera, unit screen shuts off.

are these air shocks? computer controlled? shocks or struts?

Make sure your SD Card is inserted in the GPS SD card slot properly. it is located behind the head of the unit( where you insert your DVDs) usually has red or orange tape over it. just remove it and reinstall it. Hope this helps.

I Just bout an r32 mk5 golf 4motion and it has eonon unit. The touch screen not working I can not move up or down the icons to turn blue tooth on. Or anything cant select between USB stick and sd card and not showing any maps the touchscreen not in any operation at all. Has anyone had this issue

Make sure that the screen is clean. Run around the edge of it with a q-tip to be sure.

Sounds like it could be a setup issue (software) inside the stereo itself. Maybe try and check out if the manual says any thing about the issue, if not im sure your local stereo installers could help you out.

eonon e1011 screen will only open on its own when flat and my car has a slight dip and the back so i have to guide it out any one out there that has any advice

There is a 20 page series of steps you have to take to replace the "navigation" button on the GPS unit itself. Go to the website and on the menu on the left side of the page you'll see the tutorial for fixing the problem. I had the same problem due to the fact that the disc included is a DVD that I could see from my drive but it will not operate in "Autoplay" as it was designed to. Once you add the required files to the Unit; it works fine. Print the steps out on paper and then go through it page by page because it's lengthy and a little confusing.

The brown wire, safety ground? needs to connected the ground (-ve), or the vechiles chassis, this a saftety circuit so it wont work unless this wire is wired to the negative of the battery.
