How do i upload picturs onto my computer

Your cam may have an option to connect using a cable. Most cams have a port on the camera that allows you to connect a cable and back into the usb port of the computer. And it appears on the computer as a memory device from which you can copy.In case your cam has a memory card .You can purchase a memory card reader which attaches to the usb port. The memory card can be inserted into the reader and photos copied from it.

Want to use my camera as a web cam

It is actually impossible to use a digital camera as a web cam. Being that you can not use the camera when it's connected to your computer. When you connect your camera to your computer, your computer only sees it as a storage device. Like a hard drive or flash. What you can do, is make a video on your camera, connect it to your computer, then send it to who you'd like.

No, digital cameras usually cannot be used as webcams unfortunately because they do not have the correct softwear to hook up to a computer.
